CBD Golden Milk

Here it is! My CBD Golden Milk Recipe that I’ve been using to get to sleep β˜•πŸŒ±πŸ˜‹

2cups Milk (any milk or alternative milk is fine, try bone broth if you’re feeling brave)
1/2 Tbsp Fresh Ginger 
1 Tbsp Fresh Turmeric
3-4 peppercorns (or a pinch of ground pepper)
2 droppers full of CBD oil
1 tsp Raw Honey

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a low boil and let simmer for 10 or so min. Remove from heat, strain and enjoy!

Ya’ll my hips hate me. ️They’re pretty much angry all the time and I’m tired of it!

For the longest time I thought I was just stuck with it but, since I know it’s due to some muscle imbalances and past injuries I’m setting out to fix it!

I’ll be dropping weight, working on mobility and then rebuilding strength from there!
